Purchase Options

  • All products are available for direct purchase through our website.

  • Pre-orders may be available for upcoming collections. Pre-order items are made to order and are reserved for you upon payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting us at Contact. After 24 hours, your order will have entered processing and cannot be cancelled.

  • Pre-Orders: Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed, as these are made to order.

  • Custom or Limited Pieces: Any bespoke or limited edition items are final sale and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

  • Once an order is cancelled within the eligible window, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
