UK ORDERS -

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Free delivery on all orders within the UK

Please note: AMORR does not accept responsibility for unclaimed international orders.

All services are chosen specifically as they are trusted and reliable. The times above are estimates provided by the courier and can experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that each courier will aim to meet this time frame for every customer.

Refund policy

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY -

Your customer satisfaction is key. We offer a no quibble exchange or refund providing you return your garment unworn in the item's original condition and packaging. We offer exchanges/refunds within 14 days of receipt of receiving your purchase if the product you received is the incorrect size or unsuitable.  

FAULTY ITEMS -

If the received item is faulty, please contact amorr.club@gmail.com. Please quote your order number and full name together with details of the product and the fault. We will then provide advice on how to return your item. Please note that you must return faulty goods within 30 days of receipt.  

RETURN SHIPPING -

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty we will refund you standard postage rates.  

INCORRECT ITEMS -

If you have received an incorrect order please contact amorr.club@gmail.com quoting your name address and order number together with details of the item received and the item ordered. Please also indicate whether you require a replacement or refund. We will advise on how to return the goods.

Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and longevity of Amorr's knitwear, please follow these care guidelines:

• Hand wash only in cold water
• Do not wring or twist—gently squeeze out excess water
• Lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight or heat sources
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach
• Iron on low heat if needed, using a pressing cloth

Proper care ensures your knitwear stays soft, holds its shape, and lasts for seasons to come.
